Responsible for ongoing accounting functions.  Maintenance, development and implementation of accounting systems and projects.

  • Reports To: Accounting Manager
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

Essential Responsibilities and Functions

  • Prepare productivity and sales and labor reports
  • Credit card, expense report and employee reimbursement maintenance and processing.
  • Prepare quarterly Board Expense report
  • Account reconciliation including receivables, payables, prepaid, accruals and loans
  • Enter and post general ledger batches as required
  • Process department transfers
  • Process NCG rebates
  • Process credit card disputes and chargebacks
  • Work with front-end to research returned checks
  • Maintain service agreement and contract files
  • Maintain Preferred C Share and Owner Loan records
  • Maintain fixed asset reporting
  • Focus on improvement of accounting systems and procedures
  • Offer consistent and respectful customer service to team members, vendors, and customers
  • Assist auditors as needed
  • Perform other tasks assigned


  • BS degree in accounting or business, preferred
  • Two years minimum formal accounting training
  • Minimum of two years of proven working experience in accounting, preferred
  • Strong computer skills on MS Office and accounting software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated bias toward action and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments in a timely manner
  • Cultural competency and the commitment to work with diverse group of employees is essential.

  • Regular or corrected vision
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to perform continuous work on a computer
